Merchandise Return Policy

You may return products for a refund minus shipping and handling fees, if they are new and unopened within 15 days of delivery.

Ivy Planning Group, LLC will incur the return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested at least 7 days before an event, are eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations requested after this time, will forfeit the entire registration fee. Substitutions are allowed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Ivy Planning Group, LLC.

Fees, dates, details, and Cancellation Policy are subject to change. In rare instances when an event is rescheduled or cancelled, Ivy Planning Group, LLC will fully refund the registration fee, but is not responsible for other costs incurred, such as nonrefundable airline tickets.
